Blower Door Fan test, which is also commonly referred to as a fan test is a means of measuring building air leakage rates, with measurements typically recorded in the 20-75 Pascal range induced by a fan.
The fan is temporarily mounted in an external door way or window, with a pressure gauge used to measure air flow rate and corresponding pressure differential between inside and outside the space under test.
