01 - Project Scoping and Initial Chat
We will require information such as Planning Decision Notices, Building Regulation Drawings and Specifications. Our in-house experts cover London, Home Counties and East Anglia with partners across the remainder of the UK.
02 - Fee Proposal, Acceptance and Booking
We aim to produce fee proposals within 24 hours of receiving all the required information. Our proposals are valid for 30 days. We will inform you of lead times upfront. We typically book either an AM- 07.30-12.00 or a PM- 13.00-16.30 appointment.
03 - Scope Delivery, Testing and Certification
On completion of the required testing our aim is get the certification to you within 24 hours. If a formal report is required we aim to delivery this within 10 working days (unless otherwise stated).
