Our Work Process

01 - PROJECT SCOPING AND INITIAL CHAT

At this point in time we just want to get to know you and the project to ultimately understand your requirements so we can provide a bespoke service solution at the right price. We will require information such as Planning Decision Notices, Building Regulation Drawings and Specifications.

02 - FEE PROPOSAL, ACCEPTANCE AND BOOKING

We aim to produce fee proposals within 24 hours of receiving all the required information. Our proposals are valid for 30 days. If accepted we require a signed acceptance along with billing information. If you are a new or irregular customer we may ask for money upfront. From there we will book in the required works. Depending on the work type our lead times typically range from 3-5 working days.

03 - TESTING AND CERTIFICATION

Our Compliance Engineers will keep you up dated on estimated time of arrival. We typically book either an AM- 07.30-12.00 or a PM- 13.00-16.30 appointment. On completion of the required testing our aim is get the certification to you within 24 hours. If a formal report is required we aim to delivery this within 10 working days (unless otherwise stated).
