SAP Calculation

We are accredited with Elmhurst Energy to carry out SAP Calculations for new-build, change of use, over-glazing and extensions. 

SAP Calculations are a requirement to comply with Part L of the Building Regulations.

Energy Performance Certificate

We are accredited with Elmhurst Energy to carry out domestic energy assessments to generate an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

An EPC is required for all domestic and non-domestic buildings when selling or renting.

Water Efficiency Calculation

Water efficiency calculations are used at design and completion stage to demonstrate minimum water usage performance targets.

Water efficiency calculations are a requirement under Part G of the Building Regulations to predict water consumption in new homes. 

Overheating Analysis
