Tailored Home Energy Efficiency Measure Optimisation Plan
Our holistic Home Energy Plan begins with a comprehensive assessment conducted by a Surveyor, who thoroughly evaluates your property’s energy needs. This is a combined of our Retrofit Assessment and Healthy Homes Assessment.
Subsequently, an accredited Retrofit Coordinator utilises this data to craft a personalised action plan tailored to your home’s unique requirements. This plan encompasses the Improvement Option Evaluation and Medium-Term Plan, providing detailed recommendations, estimated costs, quantified benefits, and a clear roadmap for implementation.
Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed Home Energy Plan comprising:

Home Environmental Monitoring
We utilise the most up-to-date technologies to monitoring and track key healthy home metrics such as temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide to ensure our plans are robust and tailored to the individual needs of the home and its occupants.
Generally during this time other trades can remain within the building so long as the external envelope remains closed (external doors and windows) and internal doors open.
Typically the test takes between twenty minutes to a couple of hours. However, this all depends of the size of the building, the test locations, the ability to create stable pressure in the building and unfortunately the controllable influence of the British weather.
Retrofit Plan
Based on the Assessment, a PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator develops a detailed plan outlining recommended energy-efficient upgrades and renovations, considering factors such as insulation, heating systems, and renewable energy options contained with in an Improvement Option Evaluation and Medium Term Plan known as a Whole House Plan.
