3. Identify Issues – the inspector can use the borescope to look for issues such as missing or damaged insulation, water damage, or debris build-up.

4. Take Photos and Videos – are taken for the inspection report which can be used as evidence or if a referral to a structural engineer is required.

5. Seal the Holes – are sealed with weatherproof sealant once the inspection is complete.
